"This is my FAVORITE place to stay in the Fort Worth area! My husband and I love getting away here! The owners are super-nice and lovely people. The accommodations and service make us feel so special every time, and it's like a home away from home. We LOVE the jacuzzi tub, and the breakfast is always wonderful as well! "We had a lovely stay at this place. Zan and Cash are great hosts. The place is gated, elevated, quiet, beautiful and quaint. Watch sunrise in the morning and enjoy all the deer roaming at dusk. The upstairs suite is like a little apartment with a bedroom, immaculate and cute. The staircase leading up to it is enchanting! This place just puts a smile on your face! And breakfast was delish!!"

"If you want a gorgeous venue with a unique history and want to be pampered this is it! They have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable! From the comfy bed to the beverages and snacks. There is even a washer and dryer too! Loved the soft robes and the music speaker to hook up to to enjoy music in the room as well. Our only regret is we didn’t have more time there. I so enjoyed sitting on the porch in the swinging chair and just being still! This morning they sent us off with a breakfast of smoothies, fresh juice, sausage and bacon, waffles, berries and fresh cream. Need I say more!"

"Wonderful and relaxing getaway. We stayed in the schoolyard suite, and it was gorgeous. The grounds of the B&B are lovely. One night we sat outside and enjoyed watching the deer and birds. The breakfast that was brought to us each morning was delish. Zan the host was very sweet. If we get back to the area again, I will definitely stay here again!"

"In town for a wedding. This place exceeded expectations! We stayed in the schoolyard room. It was lovely! The attention to detail in the room was evident. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The room was so cozy! We enjoyed breakfast on our private little patio. Breakfast was excellent! I'm gluten free and they were so nice about accommodating me! They are also very popular with the local deer! You will see them most in the evening and morning, but we also saw several just chilling in the yard during the afternoon. The entire place is just adorable. We enjoyed wandering around looking at all the lovely garden areas too!"

"Zan and Cash are amazing hosts. We were notified the day before of check in procedures. We were also asked of food allergies which we are blessed to have none. We arrived and check in was so smooth. The "Let Freedom Ring" suite was absolutely adorable and very clean. We were welcomed with a handwritten sign and yummy chocolates. We played horse shoes, swung in a swing, and took in the beauty of the country side. I felt completely at home without the responsibilities of my small farm. We enjoyed our beautiful and delicious breakfast on the patio. Learned more of the history of the school house. My husband and I are Texas history buffs and loved it! We will definitely be back and recommend!"
